Ontario All Lines Adjuster Examination

To register for the Ontario All Lines Adjuster Examination, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Submit Registration Form

Please download the Registration Form (PDF), open within Adobe Acrobat, fill out all required fields and click “Submit By Email”.

Step 2: Payment

Once completing Step 1, you may pay online (3% administration fee applied) by clicking the appropriate “Purchase Option” below.

Mail a copy of your registration form and cheque payable to CIAA to CIAA National Office, 2 – 3651 Major Mackenzie Dr. W., Suite #365, Vaughan, ON  L4H 0A2.
